About the Journal

Al-Mubtadi: Jurnal Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program, Institut Darul Falah Bandung Barat, Indonesia. The journal is registered with Electronic ISSN (E-ISSN) 3031-3848 and is accredited SINTA 5 under Indonesia's national journal accreditation system. It is published biannually, in May and November. The journal aims to disseminate high-quality scholarly contributions that advance theoretical understanding, empirical research, and professional practice in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education and primary education, particularly in Islamic elementary schools (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) and elementary schools (Sekolah Dasar). Its scope encompasses teacher competencies and professional development, pedagogical approaches and learning strategies, educational theories, instructional design and development, curriculum studies, learning innovations, instructional media, and educator professionalism. Al-Mubtadi: Jurnal Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah welcomes original research articles and other scholarly contributions relevant to its aims and scope. All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment and, if deemed suitable, are evaluated by qualified reviewers through a double-blind peer-review process, in which the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed from one another. Editorial decisions are based on scholarly merit, originality, methodological rigor, relevance to the journal's scope, and compliance with publication ethics and editorial standards.
